When going through another anxiety attack or bout of low mood, you wonder: What's wrong with me?
You tried mindfulness and some meditation, but things that work for others don't seem to work for you.
Your mind cannot stay focused on one thing (unless you're in your "zone"), and can lead you somewhere you don't want to go.
You get lost in ruminating on the past and get "worked up" about something that happened a long time ago.
When trying meditate, you feel uncomfortable when you can't stim or sit still.
You wish there was something that helped you detach from or stop those thoughts, turn the intensity down on emotions and reactions. You wish there was a way to feel happier, clearer, and more peaceful.
KINDA LIKE MEDITATION, EXCEPT MEDITATION DOESN'T WORK FOR YOU...
ALL MEDITATION IS NOT THE SAME, IT CAN WORK FOR YOU!

Hi, I'm SevaRam!
Most of my life, the question "what is wrong with me, and why am I so f-ed up?" occupied the forefront of my mind.
Despite many efforts to change and heal, my life was dictated by the mood swings, sadness, anxiety attacks, mental "paralysis" and lethargy.
When I FINALLY found Kundalini Yoga and meditation, a lightbulb went on: there was peace I could access! Encouraged by that discovery, I kept looking, discovering, practicing.
I found many ways how I could almost instantly be at peace, without any external help. I have been teaching it to others for over 8 years.
When I got diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 48, my past finally made sense to me.
I have understood why "mainstream" meditation techniques and traditional yoga did zilch for my inner state: my mind was different! What others found relaxing, I found distracting!
Now, my mind no longer gets pulled into the worst case-scenarios and darkest corners of my psyche, because I reshaped and rewired the very structure of my brain. My whole life benefits from it!
I want to share with you my best tools, my go-to's throughout the years.
Peace is within, and it is accessible to you!
Join our workshop series designed specifically for neurodiverse individuals who are seeking to experience the transformative benefits of neurodiverse-friendly meditation. I will guide you on a journey towards finding your inner peace. I will also present you with some eye-opening science on why this practice works!
You'll be amazed that you can get so many a-ha's from a FREE workshop series!
Why meditate?
The answer will surprise you...
Meditation offers more than just relaxation. Lower blood pressure, better hormonal regulation, improved sleep, stress reduction - those are merely side effects!
Join our workshop to explore the deeper, lesser-known benefits of meditation and unlock a whole new level of peace and clarity in your life.
Meditation is NOT one-size-fits-all.
I believe that anyone can create a practice that is supportive, reliable, and fulfilling.
Discover the techniques and tools that resonate with your unique needs and find your own path to inner peace.
... not all meditation is the same,
... it's NOT you, it's the dogmatic neurotypical notion of what meditation SHOULD look like,
... it can work with stimming, the need to move, or sit in different positions,
... there ARE multiple techniques that work for you,
... you can "rewire" your mind to experience more inner peace and be in the present moment,
... why mindfulness might be difficult to achieve and what to do about it,
... how these practices can help with impulse control, misophonia, focus,
and much, much more!
You will get THE MOST out of your participation if you attend the live sessions.
Yes, the sessions will be recorded and emailed to you, but will you even watch them? I'm speaking from my own experience here...
Don't miss this opportunity to start towards a more peaceful and satisfying present moment!
