The eye of the hurricane is the area of relative calm in the middle of wild, swirling forces of insanely powerful and destructive winds. We can be like that eye, maintaining our balance despite the surrounding frenzy of world circumstances.

HERE'S WHAT WE'LL DO AND WHEN:

This experiential meditation series takes place over 3 consecutive evenings: February 18, 19, 20th (Tuesday to Thursday).

All sessions are ONLY 30 minutes long and are LIVE via Zoom! They will be recorded for your convenience, but do your best to participate LIVE.

DAY 1: Tuesday, February 18, 7 - 7:30PM ET - About breath and how to use it to "reel in" your mind and come to equilibrium.

DAY 2: Wednesday, February 19, 7:30PM - 8PM ET - How to instantly engage the parasympathetic nervous system for ease and relaxation.

DAY 3: Thursday, February 20, 8 - 8:30PM ET - Meditation with mantra and mudra to divert the mind and energy to concentrate on releasing any blockages we are dealing with.

BONUS DAY 4: Monday, February 24, 8 - 9PM ET - Question and Answer, next steps, and CELEBRATION! There might be prizes too (wink wink)!

The space between Feb. 20 and 24th is the space for you to practice and integrate what you'll learn. Keep noticing how your mood, mental landscape, and experience of life changes. During these days you'll receive emails that will help you with your practice.
