Hi, I'm SevaRam!
As far as I can remember, chaos had been present in my life. The process of "finding myself" had been a bumpy ride.
My early life experiences and the resulting "fallout" made me believe that I would never know peace, and life would be a constant struggle.
I tried yoga, mindfulness and meditation, medication, different kinds of therapy, and none of that brought any meaningful, lasting improvement.
When I found Kundalini Yoga-style meditation, I discovered that I could access peace! Encouraged by that, I kept looking, learning, discovering, practicing. I found many ways how I could almost instantly be at peace, without any external help. I have been teaching it to others for over 8 years.
I want to share with others that inner (and outer) peace is possible and accessible. You have the power to elevate your experience of being alive, while cultivating a connection with your Self.

Meditation is not "one fits all". Different life experiences, neurotypes, even chronic conditions and illnesses will affect what kind of techniques can be helpful and effective in managing your sense of wellbeing.
Generic advice of "being mindful and in the moment", focusing on "what is", following the breath, even listening to a guided visualization can be frustrating and counter-productive for many.
Anyone can benefit from the practice of meditation, and anyone can learn these tools, but some of us have to go about it a different way. In the world that offers multitude of solutions to every problem, you will find your favourite ways for practical, meaningful self-care. It CAN be easy, and I'll show you the way!

Meditate To Elevate Course
This Meditation Course Outline:
Week 1: Mindfulness vs meditation
Week 2: The breath - simple and effective techniques to alter your energy and mental state
Week 3: Mantras and affirmations
Week 4: Mudras (hand positions and their effects)
Week 5: Movement meditation
Each week we'll discuss why and how to include these techniques in your everyday life, and how to adjust, if needed. We will share a practice in alignment with the week's topic.
Extra content that can be explored on your own:
sound meditation, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra for DEEP relaxation, colouring meditation, a guide to build your "altar" to enhance your intention.

The course takes place over 5 weeks, May 22 - June 19, 2025.
The sessions are LIVE on Zoom each Thursday 7 - 8PM ET.
Each session is recorded for your convenience.
