Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a combination of deep body relaxation and mental awareness.
As you take a quiet journey inwards to stillness and DEEP relaxation, you melt away fatigue, worry, and stress.
This is a technique for physical rejuvenation, mental relaxation, spiritual growth, and overall wellness, and you do all that while gently balancing on the line between sleep and wakefulness.

PLEASE NOTE:
You will NOT be moving the body in the practice at all. The power of this practice comes from deep physical relaxation and internal focus, which in turn affects your nervous system and the entire being.
Be comfortably reclining or laying down (a pillow is ok). Cover yourself with a blanket, as your body temperature will decrease with deep relaxation.
You will be guided through conscious, progressive relaxation and visualization sequence. Try to stay awake as you follow the verbal prompts of the teacher and go on a profoundly relaxing visualization journey!
